Katsina people and its leaders, particularly, the Emir of Katsina and Daura, have been very hospitable and supportive to College since its establishment. The pioneer and subsequent leaderships of the College have done an excellent work of establishing and sustaining a mutually beneficial relation with the host community. Therefore, the College made sure it build upon that through; the recruitment of more junior staff and security personnel on casual basis from Katsina and neighbouring towns, sharing the College water source with its immediate neighbours, and repairs of water and electricity equipment, donation of computers, classroom furniture etc to public and community schools, making the College facilities available like venues for evens, sports fields and vehicles.
